New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.

"I applaud the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy for its analysis of the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009. This report confirms the many benefits to New York State, and the country, of investing in energy efficiency. In New York State, investing in energy efficiency and renewable energy is an integral component of Governor David A. Paterson’s clean energy agenda. The Governor’s efforts support increased investments in energy efficiency, which will help expand the clean energy workforce in the State, strengthen energy security, and reduce negative impacts on the environment.”
